This guide allows you to create 10,000 auto-generated artworks using a smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain and set up relevant tools for your NFT project launch.

There are several steps to take, from planning, launching to running an NFT project. The steps could also include creating different parts of the artworks and generating 10,000 unique artworks and metadata, creating a smart contract through a blockchain network of your choice. You also need to create a website, a Twitter account, a discord account, and set up an OpenSea collection. You’ll also need MetaMask installed in your browser, as well as some Ethereum or Matic. Have you tried doing all of this? Or are you tired? Don’t worry; you only need to take each of these steps one at a time.

To successfully run an NFT project, you need a team of three or more consisting of an artist, a developer, and a marketer. As time goes on, you will see individuals who will volunteer to be a part of your team, either through Discord or Twitter. You can do it yourself, but you definitely need a team to share your ideas with.

Let’s look at some of the steps one after the other;

1. Creating parts for artwork

When designing elements for generative art, the most important thing to remember is to test how your artworks will look after each layer has been blended. The created artworks should be as natural as possible. You can use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create the artwork.

2. Generating 10,000 Unique Artworks and Metadata

You can use the HashLips Art Engine to generate your artworks and metadata. You can gain access to the artwork generation tool through GitHub and more information about using the tool on YouTube.

3. Storing Artworks and Metadata

The created artworks and metadata should ideally be stored on-chain, but if you must store them off-chain, IPFS is the way to go. Do not keep your data in a centralized location. This is because if the server or the organization goes down, data would be lost. IPFS, on the other hand, uses a distributed, decentralized approach, making it a safer way to find data. Storing your artworks to IPFS is easy with Pinata and NFT Storage. It’s simple to use; all you have to do is upload the folder containing your artwork.

4. Creating and Deploying a Smart Contract

There are a lot of fantastic NFT projects out there, and many of them make their contract source code available on EtherscanandPolygonScan. You can pick and choose the smart contract you want to use. Of course, this necessitates some Solidity understanding, but it all relies on your efforts. Utilize the HashLips smart contract if you’re unsure which contract to use. It’s extremely basic, but it offers practically all of the features you’ll require.

5. Creating a website

You need a decentralized application (dApp) that lets you access your smart contract and mint NFTs. Someone who has built a website will have no trouble with this level of dApp. Because the web3.js and ethers.js libraries make interacting with your smart contract simple. Connecting your wallet will be easy as well.

6. Creating a Twitter account

For announcing giveaways and reaching a larger audience, Twitter is a must-have tool. It’s best to announce your project and artworks in stages, about 1–2 weeks before the debut date.

7. Creating a Discord server

The Discord server is like a community and a home for your NFT project. Fans of your NFT initiative will want to join your community and communicate with a diverse group of people. Create a different channel on your Discord server to make it a welcoming environment for your community members.

8. Mint NFT with dApps

Not every NFT project necessitates its own smart contracts (dApps). If you have 200 NFTs in your project, you can sell them directly on OpenSea. But what if you have 10,000 NFTs? Manually uploading and managing them all is quite stressful.

9. Setting up OpenSea collection

Your account and collection should have been created in OpenSea after minting some of your NFTs. Connect your wallet to OpenSea and build up your collection. Simply enter your company’s logo, banner image, description, links, royalties, and other information.

10. Promoting your project

Marketing your project is a very important aspect of your project launch. It is what determines if a project will be successful, and it requires a lot of time and effort. You can promote your NFT project via your Twitter, Discord, InstagramReddit, and Medium. Ensure you register your project on NFTCalendar and DISBOARD
